CALHOUN CUP ENTRY FORM
5K RUN/WALK
RACE LOCATION: Calhoun County Park, Mount Zion, W.Va..
ENTRY FEES: Per race entry fees for middle and high school cross country team members $8, college cross country team members $10. All others $15. Races held rain, shine or snow. No refunds. Entry fees for entire series is: $90 for adults; $60 for college cross country team members; $48 for middle school and high school team members.
PACKET PICKUP AND REGISTRATION: Season packets will be sent out when paid entries are received. All single race packets will be available for pickup on race day. Walk-up registration will continue until 15 minutes before race time.
COURSE All races are 5K. Timers at each mile. Water will be provided.
AWARDS:
Awards will be presented after the race in divisions.
Awards to the top overall male and female finishers in the 5K run and walk.
Awards to the winner in each age group below in both the 5K run and walk.
5K RUN MEN’S AND WOMEN’S: 13-and -under, 14-29, 30-50, 50-and-over.
5K WALK MEN’S AND WOMEN’S: 13-and -under, 14-29, 30-50, 50-and-over.
FACILITIES: Restroom facilities available. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
REFRESHMENTS: We will have fine Calhoun County cuisine for all. No charge but donations will be accepted.

I am aware of problems that could be encountered such as traffic, heat, humidity, crowds, and animals. I further state that I have trained adequately and that I am in suitable condition to compete in a the race I have registered for.
